We're delighted to announce that we're on the NODs Scottish Creative Awards shortlist for the third year running, with multiple nominations spanning the agency, client and work categories.
Having claimed the 'Wee Nod' award for our Digital Design work with Edinburgh Zoo last year (and picking-up Best Creative Client on their behalf!) we are delighted to grow our nominations this year.
Developed with the support of the creative community for the benefit of the creative community in Scotland, the NODs are reliably our favourite national creative awards - with an international panel of judges at the top of their respective fields, across 4 continents, and with previous judging credits as diverse and esteemed as the Cannes Lions, Brazilian Graphic Design Association and Montreux Festival.
Creative Agency of the Year
This is the big one. We're ecstatic to be among the clutch of leading agencies shortlisted for Creative Agency of the Year 2020, further reaffirming our position as one of the most dynamic, creative agencies in Scotland.
Nominations for this award were to be supported with a 10-page creds document; a tight, birds-eye view of our approach, our amazing team, our unique agency culture, and of course a handful of some of our most impactful client collaborations from the past year.
While we're confident our work speaks for itself and for us, we were excited to share the RADIATOR culture with a wider audience, and were especially touched by some of the amazing client testimonials that we're sure helped push us over-the-edge in the eyes of the international jury.
SME Creative Client of the Year
Our regular followers will be well aware of the amazing creative output we've enjoyed with our friends at BOHO over the last 2 years, as we've helped them to build their (already much-loved) brand from the ground-up, as they in-turn develop groundbreaking hotels and shared living spaces across the UK and further afield. Less well-known will be our combined efforts to repeat this feat with their sister brand ZUZU, helping to bring the same level of exciting, progressive residential experiences to a different audience, while retaining the shared values that underpin the sibling brands.
As such, we're delighted to have helped them gain a new level of specifically creative recognition with their nomination for SME Creative Client of the Year. We're immensely proud of our collaborations with the BOHO team and hope to celebrate with them should awards night see them add to their already impressive haul of industry awards.

Best Social Good Campaign
We've kept our cards close to our chest on this one - our aim in collaboration with London Property Developers 6AM Development to turn advertising on its head, and approach the mental health crisis in our own small way, with a TFL bus ad campaign unique in its aims and its obscurity.
With no appetite to drive sales, demand, or beat their chest, 6AM approached us with a simple brief - how can we make people across the capitol stop, think, breathe, and feel cosmically small... in a good way.
Awards Night 2020
Naturally, this year's event has had to be rethought in response to social distancing measures and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic more broadly. As a result, awards night will be split across 2 events this year:
The original planned date of Thursday 7 May will see Radio 1 DJ Arielle Free host a live virtual awards night over YouTube, where the awards in the work categories will be announced only.
All going well, the NODs aim to have a proper post COVID-19 soirée later in the year at the BAaD Centre in Glasgow, to hand-out the all-important agency and client awards, and for all involved to have a much needed party.
The NODs are a non-profit awards, with proceeds and fundraising from the event going to their charity partner NABS, which is why we're especially proud and humbled to be co-sponsoring this year's awards with a host of other incredible design companies from across the country.
